Wanneroo City Council approved the sub-lease of the storeroom at the Jindalee beach kiosk built by Penhurst Nominees, Belgravia Pty Ltd and Carine Nominees.

SLSWA communications and partnerships manager Neil Poh said it would use that part of the building to store equipment and as an administrative base for the region.

‘There are no plans to run beach safety services at this location or for a future surf lifesaving club,’ Mr Poh said.
