EXISTING and future Eglinton residents attended a recent welcoming function at the fledgling Allara estate.
About 80 people were at the August event, organised by developer Satterley Property Group, which aims to deliver 1700 home sites in the LandCorp estate.
Since releasing land almost two years ago, building has finished on about 90 homes of the 225 lots sold.
