Beachfront dream a reality

‘My family and I have always wished for our dream house right on the beachfront but thought it was out of reach,’ she said.

‘We were surprised to find Atlantis Beach, which means we can build our own home which will have everything in it that we need, plus a decent-sized back yard and just a short walk to the ocean.’

Five of Perth’s main residential building companies have partnered with the Atlantis Beach developers in the first precinct released at Atlantis Beach.

Project director Jarrod Rendell said the project, planned over 425ha of coastal land, had approval for more than 5800 residential lots.

Land sales co-ordinator Nicola Phillips said they had received inquiries from first-home buyers, downsizers and investors since the Atlantis Beach launch in September.
