Staff ReporterNorth Coast Times

Yanchep residents Andrew Friend and Jonathan Morrell have partnered up to create UKWA Radio,

Mr Friend said the station would broadcast popular UK music, British news on the hour and Australian news every 30 minutes during peak periods.

‘The music is very important because there are so many songs that didn’t even chart in Australia,’ he said.

‘It’s the best of both worlds ” the music we know in the place we love.’
