Boat launch locations

A statement from the Shire said four possible locations had been identified ” Guilderton, Seabird, Ledge Point and Lancelin.

‘Once a feasibility study has been conducted, the Shire will be submitting a follow-up grant to the Department of Transport to explore detailed designs and financial modelling for the concept,’ it said.

‘While the concept is in the early stages it is anticipated that funding can be sourced for this infrastructure.’

Public meetings for the boat launching facility planning study will be on October 11 at Guilderton Country Club (10am to 12pm), Ledge Point Country Club (1pm to 3pm) and Seabird Community Hall (4pm to 5.30pm). For more, call 9575 2211 (ext 125) or email cdo@gingin.wa.gov.au.
