The Shire of Gingin expected contractor Solution 4 to start building on January 6, with site works already completed.
The $1 million centre will be a purpose-built facility for clients of Disability in the Arts and Disadvantaged in the Arts Australia (DADAA).
In addition to the core activities by DADAA, the centre will deliver other community services such as C.Y O’Connor courses, allied health services, centre-based meals and other community-based initiatives.
