According to the City of Wanneroo, the Little Free Library will be open 24 hours a day outside the community centre on Lagoon Drive.

"Little Free Libraries offer users free access to books on an honour system, without the need for a library borrower's card," a City statement said.

"Books are provided `in good faith in the hope that users will return a book for every one they take."
