KINGDOMCITY has plans to build a two-storey church that could accommodate up to 500 people in Butler.

City of Wanneroo has invited public submissions until January 5 on the plans by Sphere Architects for 68 Amesbury Loop, overlooking the Landbeach Boulevard and Butler Boulevard junction.

The proposed place of worship would have an auditorium, outdoor dining area, offices upstairs, 125 parking bays and children’s area.

Its hours of operation would be from 8.30am to 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays, with some scheduled events to 9pm, and from 8.30am to 6.30pm on Sundays.

The church currently operates from Butler College, with 10am and 5pm services on Sundays.
