Butler students can build life skills with jujitsu classes

A FREE self-defence training program is helping Butler students to build self-confidence and improve fitness.

Sensei Paul Lilburne runs the jujitsu classes in the Butler College gym on Mondays between 3pm and 4pm.

He trains students in dealing with confronting situations with awareness and skills that come about through training and commitment to the martial art.
