Call for support with school safety efforts

Mindarie resident Helen Randall said Roadwise members from several Mindarie schools had formed the group and wanted other schools to join.

‘I have been involved in school Roadwise committees for over 13 years now,’ she said.

‘(We) have completed many projects around the schools in my area, including setting up Kiss ‘n’ Rides and crosswalk attendants at Mindarie Primary, Peter Moyes (Anglican Community School) and Quinns Baptist (College).

‘I have also completed many projects including the three schools project around Peter Moyes, Quinns Baptist and Mindarie College to put in bollards, median strips and extra parking on the roads.’
