Archbishop of Perth Roger Herft and Education Minister Peter Collier were among those at the opening of the Graceful Boulevard school.
Refreshments were served following the Friday, May 8 ceremony that began at 11am.
The Chapel of St James is now being constructed on the grounds and is expected to be completed later this year.
