THE City of Wanneroo has invited expressions of interest for the Yanchep Lagoon kiosk site when the current lease expires in September.

Interested parties have until April 26 to submit an EOI on the Brazier Road building, which overlooks Yanchep Lagoon.

According to the City’s website, the current lease for the 320sq m kiosk will expire on September 30 and the proposed leased area includes a kitchen area, coolroom, storage room, dining area and servery, staff toilet, service yard and alfresco area.

“Public toilets and changeroom facilities are located in the non-leased section of the building and maintained by the City,” it said.
