Clarkson Police investigating incident at Clarkson train station where boy was assaulted

CLARKSON Police want help with an investigation into assault incident at Clarkson train station in December.

About 6.30pm on December 21, a boy in his early teens was with several friends of similar ages and his grandparent when he saw a man walking away from the train.

According to police, the boy was looking at the man’s Nike shoes when the man approached him, bent down and pressed his forehead against the boy’s head and verbally abused him.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to help them with the investigation.

The man was described as fair skinned, slim build, 180-190cm tall with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a white tank top, light coloured shorts and red and white Nike sneakers.
