Clarkson: push-ups for Purple Bra Day

Tyler BrownNorth Coast Times

THE team at CrossFit Firestarter in Clarkson know how to make an impact, with high intensity workouts for a range of ages and skill levels.

Earlier this month, they made an impact on the lives of those with breast cancer by holding their annual Purple Workout of the Day to raise money for Breast Cancer Care WA’s Purple Bra Day.

The workout combined weights, gymnastics and cardio with participants wearing purple bras.
