PUBLIC consultation on changes to development plans for land near Clarkson train station will close next week.
The proposed fifth amendment to the Tamala Park Structure Plan includes moving public open space and the commercial zone.
It also proposes to consolidate the mixed use zone within Tamala Park Regional Council’s landholding, which will form the third part of the Catalina development.
The site is south of Neerabup Road between Connolly Drive and the Mitchell Freeway and the overall development is expected to yield 2600 dwellings.
