The vehicles will travel from the Perth SpeedDome in Midvale to Yanchep Lagoon on Sunday led by the reconditioned 4WD Mr Wittstock owned before he died, aged just 22, in a powered paragliding crash on April 13.
Mr Wittstock's family and mechanically minded mates have been putting the finishing touches on the off-road vehicle, named "Cruzilla", in preparation for the event.
Co-organiser Thomas Bishop said he had not known Mr Wittstock personally but the tragedy had moved him to act.
