The City of Wanneroo report on the March 11 agenda recommends the five-person panel approve the Caltex station on Peony Boulevard with 16 conditions.

“The use of the convenience store on the site is a permitted use under district planning scheme 2, and is consistent with the objectives of the commercial zone,” the report said.
