Dentist plans to move south

Dr Hareesh Thippes-wamy, who currently works in Jurien Bay, told the Times he had bought land on Yanchep Beach Road and was in the process of getting architectural designs.

‘I think the population is big enough to need a dentist,’ Dr Thippes-wamy said.

‘I would start with one or two dentists ” I’m getting provision of a minimum of five chairs,’ he said.

At present, the closest dental practice is in Jindalee, although the Department of Health provides a dental therapy van for Yanchep District High School students.
