Councillors considered a report on public consultation at their December 10 meeting, to which developers from the two suburbs made submissions.
As a result, the council agreed to reduce the interim fee per lot from $4000 to $3750 and forward the change to the WA Planning Commission to gazette the developer contributions plan, to fund community facilities in the northern coastal growth corridor.
