Don’t put out junk until last minute

Staff ReporterNorth Coast Times

At its October 28 meeting, TRYRA secretary Lorraine Jackson said the City of Wanneroo had scheduled junk verge collections in the area from January 6.

Mrs Jackson said because it would be the area’s tourist season, the group would encourage residents not to put out their bulk rubbish until after Christmas and New Year.

Last year, the Yanchep and Two Rocks collection started on November 19 after TRYRA lodged requests for an earlier clean-out.
