“We’ve designed this event so visitors can soak up the sun and good vibes while eating some delicious street food and shopping some unique stalls,” she said.

“We’ve also got a heap of fun planned for kids, including sumo wrestling with a bungee run and a gladiator podium, as well as face painting, to name a few.”

A henna tattoo artist will be available, as well as a range of different stalls, while food trucks and the local cafe will provide a variety of food and drinks.

Mrs Dean said Empire had planned family-friendly events in the north coast suburbs, including a Christmas Night Market at Quinns Rocks Sports Club on November 25, and Night Market at Tavern @The Rocks, Two Rocks, on December 3.

“We want our events to appeal to the family-friendly communities being established on the north coast,” she said.

To become a stallholder at any of the events, email empireeventsandmarkets@gmail.com or call Mrs Dean on 0412 294 787.

The October 29 markets will run from 11am to 3pm at Waterfront Park on Portside Promenade, Alkimos.
