MORE than 30 stallholders will be at a spring fair in Jindalee this Saturday selling a range of farm produce.
Eden Beach community development co-ordinator Lyndsey Stoney said visitors would have plenty of choice at the October 10 event, including fruit, vegetables, fresh flowers, meats, eggs, honey and fresh bread.
“Not only do we have the delicious farm-direct produce from stallholders, visitors can also enjoy a range of free activities including face painting, children’s story time, craft and some very special animal encounters,” she said.
Celebrity chefs Anna Gare and Sophie Budd will also give cooking demonstrations.
“I’m really excited to be a part of the Spring Fair,” Gare said.
“I can’t wait to step on stage and show parents some recipes that the whole family will love using fresh produce direct from farmers at the Eden Beach Farmers’ Market.”
Gare will be on stage at 10am and 11am with Budd cooking shortly after at 11.45am.
“You can even bring down your furry friends for a ‘spring clean’ at the on-site dog wash,” Ms Stoney said.
Eden Beach sales office will be officially opened at 12.30pm.
