UPDATE, August 20: THE State Government has released an artist’s impression of Yanchep’s third primary school.

“Sunningdale primary school, being the third primary school in Yanchep, delivers for our fast growing community the educational resources we deserve,” Butler MLA John Quigley said.

EARLIER: PLANS for Yanchep’s third primary school are out for public consultation.

The City of Wanneroo has invited feedback on plans for the Sunningdale Road school until August 29, which will be considered by the Metro North-West Development Assessment Panel.

The single storey government primary school, due to open in 2021, was designed to cater for about 40 staff and 430 students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

The plan allows space for transportable classrooms to cater for any future increase in school population, to a maximum of 560 students.

It also includes 68 on-site and 131 off-site parking bays.

Plans for the school bounded by Sunningdale Road and Moorpark Avenue.
