CONSTRUCTION has started on the first few homes in a Two Rocks estate that will take 15 years to develop.
Work started on more than 15 houses in the first stage of the Atlantis Beach development 10 weeks after titles were issued.
Project director Jarrod Rendell said it was an exciting milestone for the first of 6000 families who would eventually live in the estate.
“Atlantis Beach has been in the planning stages for many years and it’s wonderful to see the first families now constructing their new homes,” he said.
“Many of the initial buyers in the estate come from a wide variety of areas across the Perth metropolitan area.
“Transport links to Perth have been greatly improved with the opening of the Bulter train station and direct and regular bus links between it and Two Rocks.”
Mr Rendell said lot prices started at $142,000 and few stage one lots remained .
