The group formed in late 2013 to represent residents of the Alkimos estates Trinity, Alkimos Beach and Shorehaven, as well as people living in the Amberton estate in Eglinton.
Acting chairman Reg Hobbs (pictured chairing the first meeting) said each estate may have its own sub-committee and encouraged all residents to become members.
‘The bigger the voice, the more action we are going to get,’ he said.
‘We want to build a community for everybody.’
