Residents of the estate on Hughie Edwards Drive will have stalls selling a variety of goods, from sports equipment and household goods to furniture.
Residents’ committee president Joyce Johnson said people could also browse their bric-a-brac stall for more unusual or art deco items.
‘This year promises to be as action packed as previous years with lots of bargains to tempt customers,’ she said.
‘You can also browse for bedding, children’s clothing and toys, Christmas decorations, crockery, crystal and glass among the many treasures on offer.’
