Happy camper bags new Yanchep lot

Scottish-born James Mellon missed his fiancee’s birthday to claim a lot at Peet Ltd’s Yanchep Golf Estate in late November, arriving at 7pm the night before the release.

His eagerness made him the first official camper in the 19-month-old estate.

‘We knew exactly which lot we wanted because the building ratio was perfect for the house design we had selected and right for our budget,’ he said.
