PUBLIC consultation on a proposed 24-hour Caltex fuel station and Foodary convenience store will close next month.

The City of Wanneroo has invited submissions on the proposal until February 6, with the $2.5 million development planned at 58 Montana Crescent, beside Marmion Avenue and the Gateway shopping precinct.

Planning Solutions submitted plans for consideration by the Metro North-West Development Assessment Panel, which will include eight refuelling bays, a 220sq m retail building, 11 parking bays and 420sq m of landscaping and signs.
