The two-storey Telethon Home, located in Eden Beach estate, will be auctioned on October 26 and more than 400 people attended a community event to celebrate it opening on September 7.

Satterley Property Group recently finished parks that cost more than $2 million, cover almost 6700sq m, one of which sits opposite the charity house.

‘Buyers tell us they want to live in communities with playgrounds for children to run around in and places for families to walk, cycle meet and enjoy the great outdoors,’ chief executive Nigel Satterley said.
