Acumen Development Solutions will launch the display house precinct on Parkside Street, Yanchep, near Two Rocks Road, on November 7.
Running from noon to 5pm, the event will include appearances by Peppa Pig and Nova Casanovas, bouncy castles, games and prizes.
There will also be community and information sessions covering issues like beach safety and home finances.
