Hunt on for trailer thieves

Jill Knight said she had used it to go away every month since she bought it eight months ago and had just returned from a trip.

‘It is an old van but I saved for ages for it and it was my ‘mid life Ferrari’, which is what I called it,’ she said.

‘The chances of me replacing it now are pretty slim.

‘It is an old Jayco, number plate H7202 ” it had a big silver tarp tied on it so I’m not sure if they took the tarp off. I am devastated that someone could take it.’

She said the trailer was taken between 3.30 and 4.30pm from the property on Santa Barbara Parade, near the roundabout with Southsea Road.
