Irene McCormack Catholic College looking at hit with Wonderland

Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

STUDENTS and staff in Butler have been putting the final touches to the Irene McCormack Catholic College musical Wonderland.

Under the guidance of director and drama teacher Tamara Brankstone, it has taken months of rehearsals, singing lessons, set designs and costume fittings to prepare for the unabashedly quirky adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass.

Featuring hip-hop music, it is an upbeat, coming-of-age story and the cast, musicians, backstage crew and production staff have worked tirelessly to bring it to life.
