A FORESHORE reserve and playground in Jindalee is expected to open later this month.

Work is under way on $3.5 million foreshore park and playground overlooking the coast at Eden Beach estate and developer Satterley Property Group (SPG) expects it to open in late August.

Slides, multi-level play cubes, climbing structures and a toddler play area with swings and a sand play area, are under construction within the playground, as well as custom shade structures.

SPG chief executive Nigel Satterley said they were providing facilities for buyers who wanted to live in communities with playgrounds.
