Jindalee: Noongar artist to paint live at Jindee sales office opening

NOONGAR artist Bradley Kickett will do a live painting session at the sales office opening for Jindee estate this weekend.

Kickett will paint the Jindalee coastline based on his aerial photography of the site in the sales office on the corner of Marmion Avenue and Oceania Avenue on August 4 and 5.

“The painting is inspired by the natural coastline and dunes at Jindee as seen from the air and the process for this art piece allows visitors to add their mark on the canvas,” he said.

Estates Development Company executive chairwoman Fiona Roche said the developer commissioned the artwork to celebrate a milestone.

“We are excited to invite people to join us as we open the doors to our new sales office, a significant moment as the Jindee vision really begins taking shape on site,” she said.

Ms Roche said the two-storey design reflected the broader vision for the estate, featuring an inner glass structure, timber-clad exterior and roof terrace.

“Bradley’s style of painting is perfect to capture Jindee as he celebrates the ocean and natural landforms in his art,” she said.
