Learn to stay safe this summer: Two Rocks Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade

The November 22 event at the fire station on Caraway Loop will start at 3pm, with firefighters discussing the upcoming fire season and answering residents’ questions.

Topics will include how to prepare properties, evacuations and defending blocks, fire danger ratings, brigade turnouts, firebreaks, bridle trails safety and burning.

The brigade will have fire trucks and equipment on display and have a barbecue and sell cold drinks afterwards to fundraise.

Members will sell raffle tickets at Two Rocks IGA in the morning, which will be drawn at 5pm.

The event is open to all Two Rocks and Yanchep residents.
