Look out for Santa at these parks on Christmas Eve

As long as they are not called to put out real fires, the Yanchep Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service and Two Rocks Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade will visit a dozen parks in the area on Christmas Eve in their annual Santa Run.

From 4 to 7pm, the Yanchep crew and Santa will meet children at Zamia, Beachhaven, Old Nursery, Oldham, Longfin, Kalbarri and St Andrews parks. At the same time, the Two Rocks brigade will travel around Shamrock, Charnwood, Whitfield, Montebella and Countryside parks.

‘All brigades are on call at this time of the year so if Santa should not arrive at the designated park, it will be because he has been called to an emergency,’ Yanchep captain Dean Holmes said.
