Lots to do in Gingin at Easter

Lancelin Country Women’s Association will hold its Easter Fair on Saturday with stalls, food and children’s activities on offer.

The April 15 event runs from 9am to 3pm at the CWA Hall and Pioneer Park, with funds raised for CWA through a garage sale.

There will also be a kids Easter craft day at the Lancelin Community Resource Centre from 10am on Saturday, where children can make bunny baskets, place mats and foam friends.

Morning tea is provided. To book, call the Lancelin CRC on 9655 2033.

Sunday’s events include the Seabird Gala Day starting at 1pm at Seabird Oval, with a raffle draw at 3pm.

Ledge Point Country Club will host children’s activities on Easter Sunday, including jumping jitterbugs from 1pm, a colouring competition from 3-4pm and the Easter Bunny at 4pm.

At Granville Park in Gingin, the Uniting and Anglican churches will hold Discover Easter art exhibition in the Park@Gingin.

The four-day event will feature a range of artwork, including installations, sculptures, paintings and clay models.

It will be open from 10am to 5pm from April 13-16.
