Many dignitaries at Butler Anzac service

The ceremony held at the school gym was attended by Mayor Tracey Roberts, Returned and Services League members Brian Prangnell and Frank Baldry, Defence force representatives, police and members of the local community.

Associate principal Barry Rose said guests were treated to a bugle performance from Lance-Corporal David Scott and Tom Burke on the bagpipes.

‘We value the Anzac service and rate it as one of the major events on the calen-|dar,’ Mr Rose said.
