Both 78, they are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary after marrying in 1955 at St Joseph's in Albany when they were 18.
The Brennans, who have six children, 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, met as 16-year-olds.
"We met at a dance in Albany " she was the new girl in town and she could dance, so that was that," Bob said.
For many years Bob worked with GJ Coles, so the family moved around the South-West from Albany to Perth to Bunbury and back.

"Our children had a big celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary " it was a large affair, so we aren't doing anything huge for our 60th," Kay said.
"We're going overseas for holidays in May to Singapore and Thailand, so that will be our celebration."
