The City of Wanneroo opened a community survey on September 9 for the heritage-listed building in Yanchep.

The concept plans include play and picnic areas and a carpark off Capricorn Esplanade, with $900,000 allocated to redevelop the area in 2016.

“The building works have been brought forward and will happen in conjunction with the park redevelopment,” the City’s website said.
