The centre, which is at the Merriwa Primary School site, had five nominees in the WA Education Support Principals and Administrators Association’s annual awards.
Principal Karen Macri was named best education support leader and Christina Maunick-Sallie won the early years teacher category.
The school’s other nominees were primary teachers Bethany Reiger and Bonny Carroll and education assistant Jayde Hahnel for her sensory program.
