“The Mind Fit message is easy to understand,” Home Care Assistance owner Kate Hansford said.

“It can be adapted for use in daily routines to enhance the participant’s quality of life.”

Home Care Assistance educates its caregivers and the seniors they serve on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit with age.
