Mindarie: Peter Moyes school students use market profits to support Wishing Tree Appeal

Staff WriterNorth Coast Times

PETER Moyes Anglican Community School students have helped support people in need while learning about business enterprise.

Year 6 teachers at the Mindarie school decided students could learn more about economics by helping others who would struggle financially at Christmas time.

They held the annual Year 6 charity market day on November 21, when students generated money with a variety of market stalls, including churros, bubble soccer, obstacle courses and other food stalls.
