Mums In Action fundraise for beyondblue for postnatal depression

Mums In Action director Angela Tweedie said her classes in Quinns Rocks were raising money for beyondblue through community events.

‘A lot of my clients have experienced some form of postnatal depression with having their babies and beyondblue has been a great help and support to those in this situation needing some help,’ she said.

‘We decided to help them by raising them some money to help other mums out there struggling with postnatal depression.’

Ms Tweedie said they had already raised money by taking part in City to Surf in August and holding a nutrition information session with a raffle of prizes donated by local businesses. Visit http://tinyurl.com/nyshnbj.
