Year 6 teacher Alex Walton said there was a sense of pride for students in the new uniforms as the school entered its 10th year.

“A decade is commonly used as a marker to reflect upon past accomplishments or to consider the future which may be,” he said.

“The school sought collaboration from teachers, parents and local members of the community when developing a design that would reflect the character of the school’s surroundings.

“The final design of a wave and sunshine across the traditional teal green has been unanimously praised by students and parents.”

Head boy Brayden Worley was excited at the selection of his design for the 2016 leavers’ shirts.
