No end to fun at centre

The club is seeking new members to join its friendly group, which offers weekly activities including snooker, pool, billiards, indoor bowls, table tennis and bingo at Gumblossom Community Centre. It also provides regular bus trips, an on-site hairdresser and casino outings.

Clarkson resident Cecil Leopold is an avid snooker player and has been part of the club for 10 years.

“It’s a great crowd to be involved in, it’s a laugh a minute,” he said.

“If you enjoy a particular sport then you enjoy it more being part of a group.”

Membership is $10 annually and $1 per day’s attendance, which includes refreshments.
