THE Swan Christian Education Association has revealed its masterplan for the Northshore Christian Grammar School grounds in Alkimos.

It has appointed Broderick Architects to design the school, which will open its doors to students from kindergarten to Year 6 in 2017, growing to Year 12 by 2023.

“In planning Northshore Christian Grammar School, we have a clearly articulated vision of the role the school will play in the lives of its families and the broader community,” chief executive Stephen Lee said.

“We are building a school that will exemplify excellence in teaching and learning with architect-designed buildings and state of the art learning spaces to inspire creativity, collaboration as well as a dose of fun.

“Our abundant grounds will awaken a sense of adventure and exploration in young minds as well as facilitate healthy, energetic bodies.”

The school will be built in multiple stages and on final completion will be comprised of learning precincts. In addition to a gymnasium and performing arts centre, there will be a building for community groups.
