Michael Le said his brother Canh was met by police at the airport at 5am after flying in from Vietnam and Michael had been in a ‘remote region’ when taken to a Perth holding cell. He said he used his one phone call to attempt to contact his office.
The brothers were charged and released on bail at 1am on Sunday, May 4.
