Paving way to kicking career goals

Ertech executive chairman Jim Giumelli stressed the importance of a good ‘work attitude’ as the pupils enrolled in his company’s construction academy for 2014.

They will aim for a certificate II in civil construction through on-site training and work experience while attending high school.

Ertech Construction Academy, which is based at Tamala Park and supported by Polytechnic West, has provided opportunities for 75 graduates since 2008.
