PLANS for a 54-unit residential development in Butler will go before a development assessment panel tomorrow.

The North West Metropolitan DAP will consider TPG Town Planning’s application on behalf of the Housing Authority and Diamond Health at 10am on July 15.

The plans relate to a 4453sq m block on Newmarket Parade, overlooking the Marmion Avenue and Camborne Parkway intersection.

The $10.45 million development proposes a four-storey building with 47 two-bedroom units, seven three-bedroom units and 74 parking bays.
